The SBW Stabilizer 100KVA is designed to provide stable voltage regulation for both single-phase and three-phase loads. With a current capacity of 152A, it operates effectively within a phase voltage range of 176-264V. The default output phase voltage is set at 220V, adjustable within ±10%. It boasts an accuracy of ±3% for voltage regulation, which can be tweaked between ±2-5%. The overvoltage protection is factory set at 242V, adjustable from 120V to 260V. Undervoltage protection is set at 198V but can also be adjusted within specified limits.
The system features a delay for overvoltage protection (set at 5 seconds by default, adjustable between 1-20 seconds). Several protection modes are available:
- E=0: Overvoltage and undervoltage recoverable; overcurrent, phase sequence, and phase loss protection non-recoverable.
- E=1: No overvoltage and undervoltage protection; non-recoverable overcurrent, phase sequence, and phase loss protection.
- E=2: All protections non-recoverable.
Phase sequence protection settings include:
- PA=0: No phase sequence protection.
- PA=1: Reverse phase sequence protection.
- PA=2: Phase-phase protection.
Lack of phase protection settings include:
- PB=0: No phase loss protection.
- PB=1: Phase loss protection enabled.
The adjustable model’s manual mode allows for independent or unified manual power adjustments. It operates at a frequency of 50/60Hz, with an electric strength tested at 2000V for 1 minute and 10mA. The insulation resistance exceeds 2MΩ. Weighing 380kg with dimensions of 8506201530mm, it features an LCD that displays various parameters such as input/output voltages, currents, operating modes, and protection statuses.
Users can set and query parameters to match their power demands, view past protections, and benefit from high efficiency (over 98%) without waveform distortion. The device offers stable voltage regulation for any type of load, withstands transient overloads, and ensures continuous operation. It is equipped with both manual and automatic control switching and offers comprehensive protection functions.
